技术规格：
（1）选型设计：为实现高水平的缺陷检出率和分类准确率，要求表检仪至少具备上下表面线扫描各三个通道检测能力，且三个通道要求配置独立硬件（明场、暗场、侧场都必须有专门的对应的硬件配置和设计），另需有单独的孔洞检测通道；标配整卷质量判级系统。
（2）相机的功能要求：智能8k线扫描相机，相机分辨率不低于0.12×0.12（横向*纵向）mm/pixel。
（3）扫描宽度范围：至少1800mm(带钢跑偏范围±10mm)。
（4）标配精整线动态回放系统7套，表检仪在C371~C376、C460共7条精整机组返修时，应具备动态回放功能、实时位置跟踪功能。
（5）综合缺陷检出率≥99%；综合分类准确率；≥95%；过检率≤5%；周期性缺陷识别率≥99%；设备运行率≥99.8%。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：
（1）合同签订日期自2019年1月1日至投标截止日，所投设备的制造商应具有冷轧机组同等配置（线扫描3检测通道及以上，不含孔洞检测通道）表检仪的供货业绩累计数量不少于2套（其中含已通过正式验收业绩不少于1套）。
（2）投标方如为表检仪设备代理商，应具有所投表检仪设备制造商的有效授权。
（3）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单（如适用）。
（4）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单（如适用）。

（1）Type selection design: In order to achieve a high level of defect detection rate and classification accuracy, the surface defect detector should have three-channel detection capability. A line scan of the top and bottom surfaces of the steel plate requires at least three channels each), and the three channels should be equipped with the independent hardware (bright-field, dark-field and side-field must have a special corresponding hardware configuration and design). In addition, a separate hole-detecting channel and the whole coil quality rating system should also be equipped. （2）The functional requirements of the camera: intelligent 8k line scanning camera, camera resolution is not less than 0.12×0.12 (horizontal * vertical) mm/pixel. （3）Scanning width range: at least 1800mm (strip deviation range ±10mm). （4）Finishing lines are equipped with seven sets of dynamic playback systems as standard. The surface inspector should have functions of dynamic playback and real-time position tracking when repairing seven finishing lines, including C371~C376 and C460. （5）Comprehensive defect detection rate≥99%；Comprehensive classification accuracy≥95%；Over-detection rate ≤5%；Periodic defects identification rate≥99%；Availability≥99.8%. （6）Refer to the bidding technical documents for other requirements.

（1）From the date of contract signing on January 1, 2019 to the deadline of bidding, the manufacturer of the bidding equipment shall have at least 2 reference plants (including no less than 1 set that has been official acceptance) as the same configuration as cold rolling line (line scanning 3 detection channels and above, excluding hole detection channels). （2）If the tenderer is the agent of the instrument, it shall have the valid authorization of the manufacturer. （3）Not included in the list of enterprises with serious illegal and dishonest acts in National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt.gov.cn) (if applicable). （4）Not included in the credit rating blacklist in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn)(if applicable).
