技术规格：
机械手：要求提供全套功能完整的球磨机更换衬板机械手一台（2500KG机械手，七轴带抓具），同时还应包括：配套液压动力站及配套抓具等。
螺杆冲：1500无后坐力螺栓冲是液压动力驱动的，发出相当于一个正常人的力量的十倍的击打力量，击打力度是1500焦尔，每分钟发出60次击打，没有后坐力。随机配带十个冲击杆，五长五短，长冲击杆适用于对磨机端衬板螺栓的拆卸，短冲击杆适用于对磨机筒体衬板螺栓的拆卸。液压动力柜单独放置于现场旁边，与螺栓冲及液压吊臂用带快速接头的软管连接，为其提供动力液压油。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：
（1）凡是来自中华人民共和国国内或是与中华人民共和国有正常贸易往来的国家和地区的法人或其他组织均可投标。
（2）投标人必须为制造商。
（3）如投标人为关境内制造商，应具备有效的ISO9000系列质量管理体系认证证书、ISO14000环境管理质量体系认证证书及ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系认证证书三个体系证书。
（4）投标人应具有2013年1月1日至2022年12月31日（以合同签订日期为准）机械手及螺栓冲各1个相同或更大规格以上供货业绩。
（5）关境内投标人未被“国家企业信用信息公示系统”（www.gsxt.gov.cn）列入严重违法失信企业名单。
（6）关境内投标人未被“信用中国”(www.creditchina.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人名单。
（7）企业成立15年及以上；必须为生产型企业、具备生产投标内容的10年及以上生产经验。

Manipulator: one complete set of manipulator for replacing liners of ball grinding mill (2500KG, seven-axis with gripper), incorporating the hydraulic station and gripper. Bolts punches: The 1500 non-recoil force bolt punches are driven by hydraulics. The striking energy is 1500J, equivalent to ten times the force from an average person. The frequency is 60 strikes per minute without recoil force. Ten striking rods (five long and five short) shall be supplied together with the punches. The long rods are used for the disassembly of the mill end liners’ bolts, and the short ones are used for the disassembly of the mill cylinder liners’ bolts. The hydraulic power cabinet is placed separately on site and connected with the bolt punches and the hydraulic boom by the hoses equipped with the quick coupling to provide hydraulic oil.
