电子万能试验机（100kN）：

*试验力（1）最大载荷：≥100kN；（2）载荷能力范围：0.1%～100%FS；（3）载荷测量允许误差：示值的±0.5%；（0.1%～100%）载荷范围内保证示值的±0.5%；（4）另配±2kN力值传感器须与50kN和100kN试验机兼容使用，载荷能力范围：0.1%～100%FS，载荷测量允许误差：示值的±0.5%，等，具体详见技术规格书。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：上海市浦东新区浩宇路919号大飞机产业园

交货时间：合同生效后，接买方书面通知3个月内交付

3.*凡确认投标的投标人请登录中国国际招标网平台（http://www.chinabidding.com），务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在中国国际招标网公示。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

本项目所投制造商近5年须具有不少于10份与本项目招标范围类似项目的业绩。投标人须提供2020年1月1日至投标截止时间签订的包含本项目电子万能试验机制造商的至少10份与本次招标范围类似项目的合同协议书作为证明材料，合同须体现合同签订时间、合同内容和双方签章页，否则将按无效证明材料处理。

2. Delivery time and place：

Delivery time：After the contract takes effect, delivery shall be made within 3 months upon receipt of written notice from the buyer

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

Manufacturers involved in the bidding should have at least ten reference project that is similar to the tender scope of this project in the past five years. The bidder shall provide, as supporting material, at least ten copies of similar contracts that involve the manufacturer who is supposed to supply the electronic universal testing machine and were signed in a period from January 1, 2020 to the bid deadline. The copies should include pages indicating the date of signing, subject of contract, and the signatures and seals of both parties (otherwise invalid).
